7. PRICES, QUOTES, AND ESTIMATES

A quote does not constitute acceptance of an order until payment and/or written confirmation has been received by Go Easy Printing.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes may expire after the period specified in the quote.

Additional charges may apply if the customer changes specifications, artwork, quantity, shipping requirements, or other order details after the quote has been issued.

8. CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND FILES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, files, images, text, logos, photographs, fonts, and other materials submitted to Go Easy Printing are accurate and print-ready unless the customer has purchased applicable design or file-preparation services.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing their submitted materials for:

Spelling

Grammar

Names

Addresses

Telephone numbers

Email addresses

Website addresses

Dates

Prices

Product information

Images

Logos

Colors

Bleeds

Cropping

Orientation

Page order

Dimensions

Other content and specifications

Go Easy Printing is not responsible for customer-supplied errors.

9. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND LICENSE

By submitting artwork, files, images, text, logos, or other content to Go Easy Printing, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.

You have the necessary rights and licenses to reproduce the content.

The content does not infringe the rights of another person or entity.

The content does not violate applicable law.

You authorize Go Easy Printing to reproduce the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You grant Go Easy Printing a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, transmit, and process your submitted materials solely as necessary to provide the requested products or services.

10. ARTWORK STORAGE

Go Easy Printing may retain customer artwork, files, proofs, and order information for operational, customer-service, accounting, or production purposes.

However, we do not guarantee permanent storage of customer files.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of all artwork and files.

We are not responsible for loss of files after an order has been completed or after files are no longer required for production.

11. PROOFS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL

FINAL APPROVAL IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

When Go Easy Printing provides a proof for customer review, the customer is solely responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving it.

The customer must verify all aspects of the proof, including but not limited to:

Spelling

Grammar

Names

Addresses

Phone numbers

Email addresses

Website addresses

Dates

Prices

Images

Logos

Colors

Fonts

Layout

Positioning

Bleeds

Cropping

Orientation

Quantity

Dimensions

Product specifications

Any other information appearing on the proof

THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE PROOF.

Go Easy Printing is entitled to rely upon the customer’s approval as authorization to proceed with production.

12. CUSTOMER APPROVAL AUTHORIZES PRINTING

ONCE A CUSTOMER APPROVES THE FINAL PROOF AND THE ORDER IS RELEASED TO PRINT, THE ORDER IS CONSIDERED FINAL AND AUTHORIZED FOR PRODUCTION.

Customer approval may be provided through:

An online proof-approval system;

Email;

Written approval;

A website or customer-account approval button;

Electronic confirmation;

Other electronic or written communication.

By approving the proof, the customer confirms that the proof has been reviewed and that the customer authorizes Go Easy Printing to proceed with production.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PROOF IS FINAL.

The customer acknowledges that Go Easy Printing may immediately begin production after approval and that production costs may become irreversible.

13. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR COMPENSATION AFTER PROOF APPROVAL

ONCE THE CUSTOMER HAS APPROVED THE FINAL PROOF AND THE ORDER HAS BEEN RELEASED TO PRINT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, CREDIT, CANCELLATION, RETURN, REPRINT, OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR CUSTOMER-APPROVED ERRORS OR FOR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER-RELATED REASON AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN RELEASED TO PRODUCTION, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH A REMEDY IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

This includes, without limitation, mistakes involving:

Spelling

Grammar

Names

Addresses

Telephone numbers

Email addresses

Website addresses

Dates

Prices

Images

Logos

Colors

Fonts

Layout

Design

Product specifications

Quantity

Dimensions

Cropping

Bleeds

Orientation

Customer-supplied artwork

Customer-supplied information

Any other content or specification shown on the approved proof

THE CUSTOMER’S APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PROOF CONSTITUTES FINAL AUTHORIZATION TO PRINT.

If the customer discovers an error after approving the proof, the customer remains responsible for that error, even if the error is discovered before, during, or after production.

NO REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY WILL BE PROVIDED FOR A CUSTOMER-APPROVED ERROR OR CUSTOMER-RELATED CHANGE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN RELEASED TO PRINT, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

14. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER APPROVAL

After a final proof has been approved and an order has been released to production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If Go Easy Printing agrees to attempt a change or cancellation, the customer may be responsible for:

Design fees

Production charges

Material costs

Processing fees

Shipping charges

Administrative charges

Other costs already incurred

Any decision to accommodate a requested change or cancellation is at Go Easy Printing’s discretion and does not create an obligation to accommodate future requests.

15. COLOR AND PRINTING VARIATIONS

Customers acknowledge that printed colors may vary from what appears on a computer, tablet, smartphone, or other display.

Differences may occur due to:

Monitor settings

Screen calibration

RGB versus CMYK color systems

Paper or material

Ink

Printing process

Finishing

Lighting

Production equipment

Minor color variations are normal in commercial printing and do not necessarily constitute a printing defect.

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, Go Easy Printing does not guarantee that printed colors will exactly match colors displayed on a customer’s electronic device.

16. QUANTITY VARIATIONS

Certain printing processes may result in minor quantity variations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, reasonable production quantity variations may occur.

If an order is subject to a quantity variance, Go Easy Printing may determine whether the customer receives a shortage, overage, replacement, adjustment, or other resolution based on the circumstances and applicable policy.

17. DESIGN SERVICES

When customers purchase graphic design or artwork services, Go Easy Printing will create designs based on information and instructions supplied by the customer.

Design services may include:

Layout

Graphic design

Typesetting

Artwork preparation

File preparation

Revisions

Print-ready production files

The scope of design services depends on the package, quote, or agreement purchased.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

18. CUSTOMER APPROVAL OF DESIGN SERVICES

When Go Easy Printing provides a design proof, the customer must carefully review and approve the design before production.

Approval confirms that the customer accepts the design as presented.

Once the design has been approved and released to production, the customer is responsible for customer-approved errors.

The same final-proof and no-refund provisions in these Terms apply to design services and printed products.

19. PAYMENT

Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout, in a quote, invoice, or other written agreement.

Orders may not enter production until required payment has been received.

Go Easy Printing reserves the right to delay or cancel production if payment is incomplete, reversed, declined, disputed, or otherwise unavailable.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information.

20. TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax and other government-imposed charges unless the customer provides valid documentation establishing an applicable exemption.

Additional charges may apply for:

Rush production

Special materials

Additional design work

File correction

Shipping changes

Address corrections

Special handling

Additional production requirements

Other customer-requested services

21. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS

Orders are custom-produced products unless otherwise stated.

Because custom printing involves production time, materials, labor, and other costs, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited.

Most importantly, once a customer has approved the final proof and the order has been released to print, the order is FINAL.

There will be no refund, credit, cancellation, return, reprint, or other compensation for customer-approved mistakes or customer-related reasons after release to production, except where required by applicable law.

Customers should review Go Easy Printing’s separate Refund & Return Policy for additional information.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies required by applicable law.

22. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only unless Go Easy Printing expressly guarantees a delivery date in writing.

Delivery times may be affected by:

Production delays

Carrier delays

Weather

Natural disasters

Holidays

Incorrect addresses

Customer-requested changes

Carrier interruptions

Customs or governmental delays

Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Additional charges may apply if a shipment must be redirected, reshipped, or otherwise handled because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Go Easy Printing may use third-party providers for certain services, including:

Shipping

Hosting

Website functionality

Email delivery

Analytics

Advertising

Cloud storage

Other business or technology services

Go Easy Printing is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Go Easy Printing website and its original content, branding, graphics, logos, text, photographs, designs, layouts, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Go Easy Printing unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or exploit our proprietary website content without written permission.

Purchasing a printed product does not automatically transfer ownership of Go Easy Printing’s intellectual property.

25. CUSTOMER TRADEMARKS AND CONTENT

Customers retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, photographs, artwork, and other materials that they own.

By submitting those materials for production, the customer grants Go Easy Printing permission to reproduce them as necessary to fulfill the customer’s order.

The customer represents that they have the legal right to provide and reproduce such materials.

26. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

If you provide suggestions, reviews, comments, ideas, or other feedback regarding our services, you agree that Go Easy Printing may use such feedback for business improvement purposes without compensation or obligation to you, unless otherwise required by law.

27. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Go Easy Printing reserves the right to refuse to print or process material that we reasonably believe:

Violates applicable law;

Infringes intellectual property rights;

Contains unlawful threats;

Facilitates fraud or other unlawful activity;

Contains illegal content;

Violates the rights of another person;

Creates unreasonable legal or business risk;

Is otherwise inappropriate for our services.

Refusal of service does not create an obligation to accept or produce prohibited material.

28. WEBSITE ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We attempt to maintain accurate information on our website.

30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Easy Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our website, products, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Easy Printing’s total liability arising from a particular order or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

31. FORCE MAJEURE

Go Easy Printing shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

Natural disasters

Severe weather

Fire

Flood

Power failures

Internet or telecommunications failures

Equipment failure

Labor disruptions

Government actions

Material shortages

39. NO WAIVER

If Go Easy Printing does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be made expressly and in writing by an authorized representative of Go Easy Printing.

40. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with applicable policies, quotes, invoices, order confirmations, and written agreements between Go Easy Printing and the customer, constitute the agreement governing the customer’s use of our services and purchase of products.

If a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific written agreement may control to the extent expressly stated.

41. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with Go Easy Printing, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The customer is responsible for reviewing all submitted information and artwork.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the final proof.

Customer approval authorizes Go Easy Printing to proceed with production.

Once the final proof has been approved and the order has been released to print, the order is FINAL.

Customer-approved errors are the customer’s responsibility.

There will be no refund, credit, cancellation, return, reprint, or other compensation for customer-approved errors or other customer-related reasons after release to production, except where required by applicable law.

Electronic displays may not exactly represent final printed colors.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

The customer has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.

42. FINAL PROOF APPROVAL NOTICE

For orders requiring customer proof approval, the following notice may be displayed immediately before the customer approves the proof:

By approving this proof, you authorize Go Easy Printing to send your order to print. Once approved and released to production, your order is FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REPRINTS, OR OTHER COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMER-APPROVED ERRORS OR OTHER CUSTOMER-RELATED REASONS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN RELEASED TO PRINT, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Please carefully check all spelling, names, addresses, phone numbers, dates, images, colors, layout, quantities, dimensions, and other information before approving.

Your approval confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the proof and authorize production.
